SIGLEC15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,412 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROM2, ZNF384, and PPP1R14C. Each is linked with SIGLEC15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC15-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
