Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SIGLEC15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SIGLEC15 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SIGLEC15 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SIGLEC15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCEC, and DLBC are the cancer types where SIGLEC15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
