SIGLEC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS40B, MCUR1P2, and FAM242E. Each is linked with SIGLEC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC15-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
