SIGLEC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGLEC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,831 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SKAP2, DOCK8, and FMNL1. Each is linked with SIGLEC14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC14-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC14 versus SKAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
