SIGLEC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB11, C4orf51, and SLC25A31. Each is linked with SIGLEC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC10-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB11 grouped by SIGLEC10-low versus SIGLEC10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
