SIGLEC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIGLEC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,000 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGLEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF112, TMEM269, and PTPN5. Each is linked with SIGLEC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-SIGLEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC1 versus RNF112 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGLEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGLEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
