SIGIRR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGIRR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,695 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGIRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSDMD, ZNF524, and STXBP2. Each is linked with SIGIRR in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGIRR-to-partner and partner-to-SIGIRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGIRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGIRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
