SIGIRR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIGIRR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,905 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIGIRR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIGIRR_S383, KRT17_S24, and TJP3_S346. Each is linked with SIGIRR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIGIRR-to-partner and partner-to-SIGIRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIGIRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIGIRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
