SIDT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIDT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,147 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIDT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA25, CEBPZ, and DDX21. Each is linked with SIDT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIDT1 versus NAA25 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
