SIDT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIDT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,518 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIDT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIDT1-AS1, MIR4446, and CAPN13. Each is linked with SIDT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIDT1 versus SIDT1-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
