SIDT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIDT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,865 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIDT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KXD1, B3GAT3, and MIR3135A. Each is linked with SIDT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KXD1 grouped by SIDT1-low versus SIDT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
