Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIDT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,473 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIDT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glutamate uptake involved in transmission of nerve impulse, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, and Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity. Each is linked with SIDT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT1 results are reported.
