Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIDT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIDT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYDC2, SOX14, and NLRP8. Each is linked with SIDT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIDT1-to-partner and partner-to-SIDT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYDC2 grouped by SIDT1-low versus SIDT1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
