SIAH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIAH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,671 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIAH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF7, RPL7, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with SIAH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIAH3-to-partner and partner-to-SIAH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIAH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIAH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
