SIAE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SIAE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SIAE-associated genes across cancer lineages are CES5A, C14orf180, and CLLU1-AS1. Each is linked with SIAE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIAE-to-partner and partner-to-SIAE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CES5A grouped by SIAE-low versus SIAE-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
