Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,917 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SI-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM5, MEOX1, and CD180. Each is linked with SI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SI-to-partner and partner-to-SI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5 grouped by SI-low versus SI-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
