mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SI mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SI-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with SI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SI-to-partner and partner-to-SI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SI-low versus SI-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
