SI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,337 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SI-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK8IP2, ABHD12, and COX10. Each is linked with SI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SI-to-partner and partner-to-SI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK8IP2 grouped by SI-low versus SI-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
