SHROOM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,652 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRF5, FCGRT, and H2AC13. Each is linked with SHROOM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM4-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHROOM4 versus ADGRF5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
