SHROOM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHROOM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are WRAP53, CCDC89, and R3HCC1. Each is linked with SHROOM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM4-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WRAP53 grouped by SHROOM4-low versus SHROOM4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
