The most reproducible SHROOM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Ribonucleoside diphosphate metabolic process, and Regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with SHROOM4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM4-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM4 results are reported.
