SHROOM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHROOM4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,469 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP35, SPAG17, and HDAC9. Each is linked with SHROOM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM4-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP35 grouped by SHROOM4-low versus SHROOM4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
