SHROOM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHROOM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHROOM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAM1, OR5H6, and C12orf57. Each is linked with SHROOM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHROOM3-to-partner and partner-to-SHROOM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPAM1 grouped by SHROOM3-low versus SHROOM3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHROOM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHROOM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
