SHPRH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHPRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,525 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHPRH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, SPEN, and BCLAF1. Each is linked with SHPRH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHPRH-to-partner and partner-to-SHPRH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHPRH versus KIAA1143 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHPRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHPRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
