Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHPRH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHPRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, beta-Catenin, and MIG-6. Each is linked with SHPRH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHPRH-to-partner and partner-to-SHPRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by SHPRH-low versus SHPRH-high in COAD.
