SHOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,565 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, FXN, and NCAPH2. Each is linked with SHOX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHOX-to-partner and partner-to-SHOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
