SHMT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,057 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHMT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, NCAPG, and PA2G4. Each is linked with SHMT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHMT2-to-partner and partner-to-SHMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHMT2 versus NCAPD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
