SHLD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHLD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,327 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF2A, CMTR1, and DHX9. Each is linked with SHLD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD3-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHLD3 versus KIF2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
