SHLD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHLD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP50, RNU4-51P, and RNU1-34P. Each is linked with SHLD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD3-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP50 grouped by SHLD3-low versus SHLD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
