SHLD2P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHLD2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RN7SL680P, and MIR4306. Each is linked with SHLD2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD2P1-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by SHLD2P1-low versus SHLD2P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
