SHLD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHLD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHLD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK2P5, MTND6P12, and GYG1P2. Each is linked with SHLD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHLD1-to-partner and partner-to-SHLD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK2P5 grouped by SHLD1-low versus SHLD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHLD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHLD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
