Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SHKBP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SHKBP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SHKBP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SHKBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and HNSC are the cancer types where SHKBP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
