SHKBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHKBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,072 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHKBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGSF21-AS1, SKA1, and PBK. Each is linked with SHKBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHKBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SHKBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGSF21-AS1 grouped by SHKBP1-low versus SHKBP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHKBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHKBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
