SHISAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,933 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF185, ACTR3B, and KIAA1210. Each is linked with SHISAL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SHISAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHISAL1 versus ZNF185 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
