Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHISAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHISAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNG4, CYP2A13, and BANF2. Each is linked with SHISAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SHISAL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNG4 grouped by SHISAL1-low versus SHISAL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
