SHISA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHISA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC7, IAPP, and MDGA2. Each is linked with SHISA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA9-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MUC7 grouped by SHISA9-low versus SHISA9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
