SHISA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHISA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 615 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHISA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOLPP1, RNU6-1292P, and RNA5SP113. Each is linked with SHISA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHISA3-to-partner and partner-to-SHISA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOLPP1 grouped by SHISA3-low versus SHISA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHISA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHISA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
