SHFL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHFL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHFL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5688, GPR75-ASB3, and GLRX5P3. Each is linked with SHFL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHFL-to-partner and partner-to-SHFL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5688 grouped by SHFL-low versus SHFL-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHFL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHFL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
