SHF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, MRAP, and HTN3. Each is linked with SHF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHF-to-partner and partner-to-SHF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by SHF-low versus SHF-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
