SHE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,537 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, YME1L1, and RPS2. Each is linked with SHE in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHE-to-partner and partner-to-SHE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHE versus SYNPO2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
