SHD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,057 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, ZAP70, and STK10. Each is linked with SHD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHD-to-partner and partner-to-SHD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHD versus IL16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
