Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,928 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, YPEL1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with SHD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHD-to-partner and partner-to-SHD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHD versus SPECC1L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
