SHD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHD-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5K2, MAGEB4, and ACSM6. Each is linked with SHD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHD-to-partner and partner-to-SHD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5K2 grouped by SHD-low versus SHD-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
