SHC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,759 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF2, CNRIP1, and ELAC2. Each is linked with SHC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC3-to-partner and partner-to-SHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHC3 versus ARHGEF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
