SHC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSH1, RNU7-90P, and RNU6-751P. Each is linked with SHC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC3-to-partner and partner-to-SHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSH1 grouped by SHC3-low versus SHC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
