Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,118 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Positive regulation of viral process. Each is linked with SHC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC3-to-partner and partner-to-SHC3 results are reported.
