SHC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SHC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, OR10K2, and PABPC1L2A. Each is linked with SHC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC3-to-partner and partner-to-SHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by SHC3-low versus SHC3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
