Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SHC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,137 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX5, ACTG1P12, and SIX4. Each is linked with SHC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SHC2-to-partner and partner-to-SHC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SHC2 versus BEX5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
