Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SH3TC2-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SH3TC2-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SH3TC2-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SH3TC2-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and PAAD are the cancer types where SH3TC2-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
