Across TCGA patient cohorts, SH3TC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,448 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SH3TC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDFY4, BTK, and FERMT3. Each is linked with SH3TC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SH3TC1-to-partner and partner-to-SH3TC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SH3TC1 versus WDFY4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
